1. General provisions<\/strong><\/h4>

General terms and conditions of the Levara SkinCare online store (hereinafter referred to as provider<\/em>) are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Electronic Commerce Act, and other applicable regulations of the Republic of Slovenia. These terms and conditions govern the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the user (hereinafter referred to as the buyer<\/em>) and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.<\/p>

By using the website and confirming the order, the buyer confirms that he is familiar with the general terms and conditions of business, fully understands them and agrees with them.<\/p>

The provider enables the sale of products exclusively in the Republic of Slovenia.<\/p>

3. User and registration<\/strong><\/h4>

To place an order, registration or purchase as a guest is required.
Upon registration, the user enters basic personal information that is used exclusively for order processing and communication. After successful registration, the user receives a username (e-mail address) and password that allow them to access their account.<\/p>

The user is responsible for protecting their login information. The provider is not responsible for any misuse that may occur due to inadequate password protection by the user.<\/p>

4. Protection of personal data<\/strong><\/h4>

Levara SkinCare is committed to permanently protecting all personal data of customers in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation (ZVOP-2 and GDPR).
The provider uses the collected personal data exclusively for processing orders, delivering products, issuing invoices and communicating with users.<\/p>

Personal data will not be transferred to third parties without the user's express consent, except when required by law.
The user has the right to view, correct or delete their data at any time.<\/p>

5. Purchase process<\/strong><\/h4>

The buyer selects the desired products in the online store, adds them to the cart and follows the purchase process. Before confirming the order, he has the opportunity to review and correct all data.
Once the buyer confirms the order, they receive a confirmation email with all the details of the purchase.
The contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded when the provider sends a confirmation message about the order.<\/p>

6. Prices<\/strong><\/h4>

All prices on the website are listed in euros (\u20ac) and include VAT.
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and have no predetermined validity.
The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event of an obvious error in the price, the provider will allow the buyer to cancel the order.<\/p>

Discounts and promotional codes are not cumulative unless specifically stated.<\/p>
