1. General provisions
General terms and conditions of the Levara SkinCare online store (hereinafter referred to as provider) are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Electronic Commerce Act, and other applicable regulations of the Republic of Slovenia. These terms and conditions govern the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the user (hereinafter referred to as the buyer) and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.
By using the website and confirming the order, the buyer confirms that he is familiar with the general terms and conditions of business, fully understands them and agrees with them.

The provider enables the sale of products exclusively in the Republic of Slovenia.
3. User and registration
To place an order, registration or purchase as a guest is required.
Upon registration, the user enters basic personal information that is used exclusively for order processing and communication. After successful registration, the user receives a username (e-mail address) and password that allow them to access their account.
The user is responsible for protecting their login information. The provider is not responsible for any misuse that may occur due to inadequate password protection by the user.
4. Protection of personal data
Levara SkinCare is committed to permanently protecting all personal data of customers in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation (ZVOP-2 and GDPR).
The provider uses the collected personal data exclusively for processing orders, delivering products, issuing invoices and communicating with users.
Personal data will not be transferred to third parties without the user's express consent, except when required by law.
The user has the right to view, correct or delete their data at any time.
5. Purchase process
The buyer selects the desired products in the online store, adds them to the cart and follows the purchase process. Before confirming the order, he has the opportunity to review and correct all data.
Once the buyer confirms the order, they receive a confirmation email with all the details of the purchase.
The contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded when the provider sends a confirmation message about the order.
6. Prices
All prices on the website are listed in euros (€) and include VAT.
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and have no predetermined validity.
The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event of an obvious error in the price, the provider will allow the buyer to cancel the order.
Discounts and promotional codes are not cumulative unless specifically stated.
7. Payment methods
The provider offers the following payment methods:
Cash on delivery (with cash upon receipt of the package),
Payment by invoice (transfer to bank account),
Payment by debit or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron),
Payment by direct bank transfer.
In the case of payment upon receipt, Pošta Slovenije charges an additional fee for processing the payment.
8. Delivery and shipping costs
Delivery is carried out via Pošta Slovenije or another delivery service.
The delivery cost is 4,97 € for packages up to 2 kg.
For orders over 40 € is delivery free of charge.
The delivery time for in-stock products is usually 2-4 working days.
If the product is currently out of stock, the buyer will be notified in a timely manner by email.
9. Returns and withdrawal from the contract
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
The resignation must be communicated in writing to the email address info@levara-skincare.com, or with the enclosed product return form.
The goods must be returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. The return costs are covered by the buyer.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
Exclusion of the right to refund:
Returns are not possible for products that are sealed for hygiene or health reasons if the seal has been opened after delivery (e.g. cosmetic products).
10. Complaints and material defects
If the buyer receives a damaged, incorrect or unsuitable product, he must notify the provider within 8 days of receiving the shipment to the email address info@levara-skincare.com.
The provider will handle the complaint as soon as possible and offer the buyer an appropriate solution (replacement, refund or repair).
In the event of a material error, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act apply.
11. Intellectual property rights
All content on the website Levara SkinCare (including texts, images, graphics and logos) are the property of the company and are protected by copyright law.
Any use, reproduction or distribution without the written permission of the provider is not permitted.
12. Complaints and dispute resolution
In case of problems or complaints, the buyer can contact the provider via email info@levara-skincare.com.
The provider undertakes to acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 5 working days and to handle it within a reasonable time.
Levara SkinCare does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent.

All potential disputes are subject to Slovenian law, and the competent court is in Ljubljana.

14. Responsibility
Levara SkinCare strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but reserves the right to make content and typographical errors. The provider does not assume responsibility for any consequences of improper use of products that are clearly equipped with manufacturer's instructions and warnings.
